Jesse Soff graduated from Emerson College in 2001, and quickly made a bee-line for the left coast, where he has worked as a director, writer, producer and editor. His work includes short films, features, music videos and commercials, and he is always looking forward to the next challenge.

Jesse and Rainfall co-founder Sam Balcomb have been producing films together since they met in college over ten years ago. Their collaborations began as student films, and have progressed over time to full scale productions. Both Texas Fortune and The Ore were award winning short films, and their music video for Missy Higgins' Steer won Best Music Video at the 2007 Elevate Film Festival. Recently, Jesse helmed the tremendous producing duties on Rainfall's Legend of Zelda april fool's trailer.

In addition to his film work, Jesse has written and produced TV spots for Disney, Pixar and Sony Pictures Animation. He has also shot and produced video content for music artists such as Neil Diamond, Jennifer Lopez, John Legend, Sean Kingston, Natasha Bedingfield, Good Charlotte, Augustana, Brandi Carlile and Sara Bareilles.
